Surfer Pulled from Rough Waters Near Linda Mar Beach

On Saturday, August 27th, Hi Surf Streaming rescued a surfer from the shore break near Linda Mar Beach. The surfer, identified as 22-year-old John Doe, was caught in a rip current and unable to swim back to shore.
