Download drivers for your Acer device

To download drivers for your Acer device, you will first need to identify your device. You can do this by entering your device's serial number (SNID) or model number.

Where to find your SNID or model number

Your SNID or model number can be found on a label on the bottom of your device. If you cannot find your SNID or model number, you can use the Acer support website to help you identify your device.

Once you have identified your device, you can download the drivers you need from the Acer support website.

Acer no longer supports Windows 7 on newer laptops. If you switch to Windows 7 64-bit, you will need to install a hotfix. This hotfix is only available for Windows 7 64-bit.
